The system employs a fully extractive sampling method. A dedicated ultra-low flue gas heated sampling probe extracts flue gas from the duct, which is then transported via heated lines to the flue gas analyzer. After dust removal and dehumidification using a specialized ultra-low emission flue gas condenser, the gas enters the JNYQ-S-81 Flue Gas Analyzer for monitoring and analysis. The monitored data is transmitted to the industrial computer and data acquisition unit for storage and further transmission.
The analyzer uses the DOAS (Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy) method, which is based on the principle of narrowband absorption by target gas molecules. This method is unaffected by water vapor or other interfering gases, and its measurement principle ensures that the instrument has virtually no zero drift.
