Product Description

 

Ultra-low emission refers to the use of multiple high-efficiency, synergistic pollutant removal integration system technologies in coal-fired boilers during power generation operations, end treatment, and other processes. This ensures that the concentration of air pollutants in emissions largely meets the emission limits for gas-fired units. Specifically, the emission concentrations of dust, sulfur dioxide (SO2), and nitrogen oxides (NOx) (with a baseline oxygen content of 6%) do not exceed 5 mg/m³, 35 mg/m³, and 50 mg/m³, respectively. Compared to the special emission limits set for coal-fired boilers in key regions as per the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants" (GB 13223-2011), these values are reduced by 50%, 30%, and 50%, making it a new benchmark for clean production levels in coal-fired power units.

In response to this background, our company has successfully introduced the TR-9300D Type Gas Ultra-Low Emission Continuous Monitoring System, leveraging years of experience in the development and application of environmental monitoring systems.

The system is based on relevant standards and norms, such as HJ 76-2017, HJ 75-2017, and others, and has been awarded the "Environmental Protection Product Certification" (CCEP) by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association.

The analysis instruments use the JNYQ-S-81 Type Gas Analyzer, independently developed by Xi'an Juneng Instrument Co., Ltd. The single monitoring system employs an architecture consisting of a monitoring platform probe, pre-treatment system, industrial control computer, LCD display, and data acquisition instrument, to fulfill the functions of receiving, storing, displaying, and transmitting monitoring data.
