TR-9100 High-Temperature Analysis System for Cement Kiln Tail Gas
The high-temperature analysis system for cement kiln tail gas is specifically designed for the high-temperature (1200°C to 1400°C), high-dust (2000g/m³), and corrosive gas conditions (containing sulfur dioxide and alkaline gases) at the kiln tail of cement kilns. It includes a dry-process high-temperature sampling probe and a pretreatment system. This system is primarily used to monitor the concentrations of CO, O, and NOx gases at the kiln tail, aiming to optimize clinker quality, save energy, reduce emissions, and achieve optimized production control.
Dry sampling by the system ensures the sample remains undistorted.
An automatic telescopic sampling probe ensures the normal operation and safe operation of the probe.
Design of an automatic/manual internal and external pulse-type purging probe program.
Multistage filtration and dust removal technology with a filtration accuracy of > 0.5um ensures the normal operation of the system.
PLC and related software technologies enable multiple controls, self-diagnosis of faults, safety alarms, and automatic operation.
A circulating liquid-cooled sampling probe guarantees continuous normal operation at high temperatures.
An in-built UPS power supply allows for safe maintenance even when the power is cut off for 30 minutes.
