Cement kilns are major energy consumers among industrial furnaces. Analyzing the gas composition of flue gases at the kiln tail, precalciner, and preheater outlet of dry-process rotary kilns can optimize clinker quality, save energy, reduce emissions, and achieve optimized production control. The temperature of flue gases at the kiln tail can reach 1200°C to 1400°C, with dust concentrations as high as 2000g/m³, and the presence of sulfur dioxide and alkaline corrosive gases makes it one of the most technically challenging sampling and analysis targets. The TR-9100 process analysis system successfully addresses this difficult sampling and analysis challenge.
