The TR-9300N Ammonia Escape Online Monitoring System uses high-temperature heated extraction technology for continuous online monitoring of ammonia escape during the denitration process. The system consists of three main components: the sampling and transmission unit, the pre-treatment and control unit, and the analysis unit. It is primarily applied in various industrial sectors for gas emission monitoring and process control, such as coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, steel mills, smelters, waste-to-energy plants, cement plants, chemical factories, and glass factories.
The analyzer employs Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which can measure the concentrations of specific gases in process gases, including NH, HS, HCl, HF, and others.
This system offers high sensitivity, fast response time, resistance to interference from background gases, and non-contact optical measurement, ensuring reliable real-time monitoring of ammonia escape variations.
Additionally, the system has received the Environmental Protection Product Certification (CCEP) issued by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, meeting the monitoring and regulatory standards of the environmental protection industry.
