Brief description:
KE-2000 furnace gas analysis online system is designed for domestic boiler bituminous coal pulverizing, coke oven gas safety monitoring, blast furnace coal injection process analysis, blast furnace top gas monitoring, gas monitoring after gravity dust removal, converter gas recovery process, dry coke quenching cycle gas monitoring, calorific value of various industrial gases and gas safety monitoring of gas cabinets and various high-dust process conditions. It is divided into explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types; the system is stable and reliable to ensure process safety, and is a single-point and multi-point switching automatic sampling and analysis system.
This device is suitable for measuring the content of oxygen and other gas components in various types of electric coke collectors and various types of furnace gas pipelines. It can realize the safety interlock control of the equipment through automatic analysis of the content of single or multiple component gases.

Analyze the composition and functions of the control device:
1.This device is a complete set of analysis and control device integrating mechanical, electrical and instrumentation. The whole set of device consists of analysis cabinet components (including sample purification and processing unit, control purge unit and analysis and calibration unit, etc.) and sampling device components installed on the process pipeline.
2.Sampling device: It is a fully stainless grade sample purification unit. In view of the extremely complex harmful components in coke oven gas, the vortex tube refrigeration tar, gas, water vapor and dust filtration technology is used to achieve the purpose of primary sampling purification.
3.Analytical cabinet components: Analytical cabinets and components can be explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof.

The analysis cabinet contains the following units:
1.Pretreatment unit: It is composed of effective components such as gas filter, washing device, mist filter, desulfurizer, etc. to purify tar, tungsten, dust, etc.; the intermediate purification of components is composed of condenser, peristaltic drainage pump, deflow device, fine filter, etc. to complete the fine purification; the sample gas extraction and voltage and flow stabilization are composed of special corrosion-resistant vacuum pump, flow controller, etc. It ensures that the sample furnace gas is purified, dusted, dehumidified, voltage stabilized, and flow stabilized in a series of steps, and its filtration accuracy can reach 0.1 p. The sample gas that meets the requirements is sent to the analytical instrument to ensure the accuracy and long-term reliability of the analytical instrument.
2.Analysis control interlock unit: The magnetic pressure oxygen analyzer, electrochemical oxygen detector or laser oxygen detector completes the online continuous analysis of the oxygen content of the sample gas and continuously outputs a 4-20MA signal. The oxygen analyzer has alarm output upper and lower limit contacts, and the alarm and interlock values can be set within the range.2. When the content concentration exceeds the limit, an alarm and interlock are activated.
