Product Description

 

The TR-9300P Flue Gas (Particulate Matter) Continuous Emission Monitoring System is a specialized online monitoring system designed and developed to meet environmental protection requirements such as wet electrostatic precipitators and ultra-low emissions.

This system is equipped with a laser forward scattering particulate matter measuring instrument, offering extremely high sensitivity, with a minimum detection limit of 0.0005 mg/m³.

The instrument consists of four main units:

  1. Sampling and Feedback Unit: Completes the gas sampling and feedback process.
  2. Isokinetic Tracking and Control Unit: Measures the flue gas flow rate and sampling flow rate, while controlling the suction force of the injection pump to adjust the sampling flow, ensuring isokinetic sampling.
  3. Heating and Temperature Control Unit: Regulates the temperature of the system.
  4. Measurement and Signal Processing Unit: Composed of a laser device, measurement chamber, photodetector, backflushing and air curtain devices, and calibration device. It measures the forward scattering light of the particulate matter, converting the concentration into an electrical signal, which is then processed and output.

The system complies with relevant standards, including the China Environmental Protection Industry Standards HJ75-2017 and HJ76-2017, and has been awarded the Environmental Protection Product Certification (CCEP) by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association.
