The Temperature, Pressure, and Flow Monitoring Instrument uses the pitot tube method to measure the flue gas flow rate. It employs a pitot tube, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors to measure the dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature of the flue gas. These parameters are proportional to the gas flow rate, allowing for the quantification of the flue gas flow rate.
The S-type pitot tube and armored thermistor are made from 316L stainless steel, which provides high corrosion resistance. Additionally, a protective cover and a fixing nut made from 316L stainless steel are integrated into a single unit with the pitot tube and temperature probe.
