As a manufacturer of oxygen content analyzers, we understand the critical requirements for precise oxygen monitoring, especially during the hydrogenation process. In such processes, repeated cycles of vacuuming and nitrogen replacement are essential to ensure that the reactor remains in an anaerobic state, with the oxygen content strictly controlled below 1% VOL. This places higher demands on the sensor's service life, accuracy, error margin, and response time.
The nitrogen filling protection process for the reactor is similar to that of a centrifuge. During hydrogenation, repeated vacuuming and nitrogen replacement must be conducted to fully guarantee an anaerobic state within the reactor. Maintaining oxygen levels below 1% VOL is critical, and this necessitates high-performance sensors with superior service life, precision, and response time.
Traditional continuous nitrogen replacement methods pose potential risks of explosion, especially when the nitrogen supply cannot be guaranteed to meet the required standards.
To address these challenges, our company employs a comprehensive solution that includes pre-stage sampling pretreatment, on-site numerical display, and automatic nitrogen filling. Additionally, the system can transmit data via a 4-20mA signal to DCS/GDS systems, enabling seamless integration with automated chain control processes.
