Brief description: 
The gas source processor can absorb up to 22% of its own body weight of water. Its adsorption principle is similar to chromatography, but it does not change the molecular composition of the substance.

Application:
Air source processor Commonly used for:
1. Drying, desulfurization and carbon dioxide removal of natural gas;
2. Separation of nitrogen and oxygen, separation of nitrogen and hydrogen to produce oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen;
3. Petroleum dewaxing and separation of normal hydrocarbons from branched hydrocarbons and cyclic hydrocarbons.


principle of use:
5A molecular sieve can adsorb any molecule smaller than this pore size, and is generally called calcium molecular sieve. In addition to the functions of 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb C3-C4 normal alkanes, ethyl chloride, ethyl bromide, butanol, etc. It can be used for separation of normal and isomerized hydrocarbons, pressure swing adsorption separation, and co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide.

Regeneration of molecular sieve:
1. Dehydration: It depends on the pressure, temperature and water content of the regenerated gas. Generally, the temperature of the dry gas at 200-350ºC is 0.3-0.5kg/cm
Under pressure, pass through the molecular sieve bed for 3 to 4 hours to make the outlet temperature reach 110 to 180°C, and then cool.
2. Removal of organic matter: Use water vapor to replace organic matter and then remove moisture.
