At present, most of the solutions in the industry adopt nitrogen replacement. The length of replacement time is based on production experience, the second is to look at the nitrogen pressure value, and the third is to continuously perform nitrogen protection; however, the above solutions are not scientific, and cannot accurately feedback the oxygen value in the centrifuge, or cause waste of nitrogen resources, resulting in frequent centrifuge explosion accidents.
In view of the above situation, our company adopts pre-stage sampling pretreatment + on-site numerical display + automatic nitrogen filling/cutting off the centrifuge power supply, and can also pass 4-20mA signal according to the supporting needs.
