Brief description:
Model PCT-100 VOCs Gas Analyzer Discharge port:In order to adapt to the increasingly stringent emission standards and test the basic effect of
factory exhaust treatment to ensure production safety, enterprises need to test the content of VOCS gas at the main pipe or discharge port
before the exhaust gas enters the RTO.
Conventional practice:
1.Use PID photoionization principle: the characteristic is that the range is too narrow (0-10000PPm), the data is accurate; but when encountering high-concentration components, it is easy to over-range and damage the sensor components, and the maintenance and replacement costs are too high.
2. Use FID flame combustion principle: the characteristics are fast detection response speed, accurate data, wide measuring range, and wide adaptability to gases; but the purchase and maintenance costs are high, it cannot perform continuous online detection, is easy to damage, and is not suitable for random inspection conditions.
3. Use the infrared principle: the characteristics are fast detection response speed, accurate data, wide range (0-50000PPm), the sensor is not easy to damage, and the maintenance cost is low; but when encountering special gas components, it is necessary to verify in advance whether it can be measured.
In view of the above situation,our company recommends the use of infrared principle and German high-quality sensor Dynament/SST, which can control the accuracy at the PPm level; adopts pre-sampling pretreatment (electric pump + dust and tar removal + water removal + constant flow + venting) + on-site numerical display, quickly responds to the total amount of VOCS in the pipeline, and can extend the service life of the system to 3-5 years; data can also be transmitted to DCS/PLC/GDS through4-20mA according to production needs to achieve overall automated control.
