Brief description:
Organic waste gas contains a certain amount of organic combustible gas. Once the organic combustible gas entering the combustion chamber exceeds the standard, there will be a risk of combustion and explosion. Introduction to Thermal Decomposition:
Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) is a relatively mature technology for treating organic waste gas (VOC). It uses thermal oxidation and catalytic oxidation technology to destroy organic matter in emissions. Its working principle is to preheat the organic waste gas through the regenerator, and then enter the combustion chamber for thermal oxidation. The temperature is heated to above 750ºC, so that the VOCs in the waste gas are oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O. The oxidized high-temperature gas is then heat-treated in another regenerator, and then the flue gas is discharged from the RTO system.
