In the hydrogenation process, strict vacuuming and nitrogen replacement procedures are critical to ensure that the reactor maintains an anaerobic state. To achieve this, the oxygen content must be controlled within 1% VOL, placing high demands on the service life, accuracy, error tolerance, and response time of the oxygen content analyzer sensor.
The nitrogen filling protection for the reactor functions similarly to that of a centrifuge. However, traditional continuous nitrogen replacement poses risks, as it is difficult to guarantee the quality of nitrogen input. This can potentially lead to safety hazards, including explosion risks.
To address these challenges, our company utilizes a comprehensive approach that includes pre-stage sampling pretreatment, on-site numerical display, and automatic nitrogen filling. The system can also transmit data via a 4-20mA signal to DCS/GDS systems, enabling integrated automatic control for optimal safety and efficiency throughout the hydrogenation process.
