    At present, most of the solutions in the industry are replaced by nitrogen filling, and the length of time for replacement is based on production experience, the second is to look at the nitrogen pressure value, and the third is to continue to carry out nitrogen filling protection. However, the above solutions are not scientific, and cannot accurately feedback the value of oxygen in the centrifuge, or cause a waste of nitrogen resources, resulting in frequent centrifuge explosion accidents.

1. Customized pretreatment: backflushing, acid-base neutralization, organic matter removal, water removal, cooling, drying, pressure stabilization, constant flow, etc.

2. Safety: If the oxygen concentration value exceeds the first-level preset alarm value, the electromagnetic nitrogen adjustment and nitrogen filling will be automatically turned on to replace the value to a safe range; If the preset alarm value of the second level is exceeded, the power supply will be automatically cut off to stop the centrifuge from working; Applicable explosion-proof area: intrinsically safe flameproof composite instrument to meet the severe use area;

3. Nitrogen flow control: equipped with a nitrogen control box, it can automatically cut off the large flow of nitrogen within a safe range to achieve continuous supply of small flow to meet the micro positive pressure in the centrifuge;

4. Module platform: according to the actual use, the number of pretreatment stages and functions can be freely adjusted, and the scope of adaptation is wider;
