Product Description

A dust particle counter is an instrument used to measure the concentration of dust particles in the air. This type of instrument is widely used in cleanrooms, air conditioning systems, pharmaceutical inspection institutes, blood centers, epidemic prevention stations, disease control centers, quality supervision institutes, the electronics industry, pharmaceutical workshops, semiconductor manufacturing, optics or precision machining, plastics, painting, hospitals, environmental protection, testing laboratories, and other authoritative institutions and manufacturing enterprises.

The RS-CALZ-N01-1 Dust Particle Counter operates based on the laser scattering principle, continuously collecting and calculating the number of suspended particles of different sizes within a unit volume of air, determining the particle concentration distribution, and converting it into mass concentration output. It can simultaneously detect six preset particle size channels, and users can configure parameters such as sampling time, sampling interval, and sampling frequency.

The instrument features a 7-inch LCD touchscreen display, allowing users to control particle collection, set parameters, print data, modify date and time, store and query data, and enable or disable data storage via the touchscreen interface. Additionally, the instrument is equipped with temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure measurement and alarm functions.

Data can be exported via USB, printed using the built-in Bluetooth printer, and accessed in real-time by a host computer via registers to read channel data and control sensor operations.
