Product Description

The nitrogen protection of the reactor is about the same as that of the centrifuge; Especially in the process of hydrogenation, it is necessary to strictly and repeatedly vacuum and replace nitrogen to fully ensure that the kettle is in an anaerobic state, and the oxygen content needs to be controlled within 1%VOL; Higher requirements are placed on the service life, accuracy, error and response time of the sensor. Since there is no guarantee that the nitrogen will meet the qualified supply input, there is also the possibility of explosion due to the traditional continuous nitrogen replacement. 

In view of the above situation, our company adopts pre-sampling preprocessing + on-site numerical display + automatic nitrogen filling, and can also be remotely transmitted to DCS/GDS through 4-20mA signals according to supporting needs to achieve overall automatic interlocking control.

1. Customized pretreatment: acid and alkali neutralization, organic matter removal, water removal, drying, pressure stabilization, constant flow, etc. Safety: If the oxygen concentration value exceeds the first-level preset alarm value, the electromagnetic nitrogen filling will be automatically turned on and replaced until the value is reduced to a safe range; 
2. Nitrogen flow control: equipped with a nitrogen control box, it can automatically cut off the large flow rate within the safe range to achieve the continuous supply of small flow to meet the micro positive pressure in the kettle. 
3. Applicable explosion-proof area: intrinsically safe flameproof composite instrument to meet the severe use area; 
4. Signal acquisition: 16-bit ADC digital-to-analog conversion, meeting the needs of trace oxygen data acquisition with higher accuracy;
