The nitrogen protection process in reactors is similar to that in centrifuges. In particular, during the hydrogenation process, it is crucial to repeatedly perform vacuum pumping and nitrogen purging to ensure that the reactor is in an oxygen-free state. The oxygen content must be controlled to be below 1% VOL. This places higher demands on the sensor's lifespan, accuracy, error margin, and response time.
Due to the uncertainty of whether the nitrogen supply meets the required quality, traditional continuous nitrogen purging still carries the risk of potential explosions.
To address the above issues, our company has adopted a pre-sampling treatment, on-site numerical display, and automatic nitrogen filling. Additionally, based on system requirements, the nitrogen data can be transmitted via a 4-20mA signal to DCS/GDS systems, enabling overall automated interlocking control.
1. Customized Pre-treatment: The sample gas undergoes acid-base neutralization, organic compound removal, dehydration, drying, pressure stabilization, and constant flow control.
Safety: When the oxygen concentration exceeds the first preset alarm value, the electromagnetic valve automatically opens to initiate nitrogen purging, reducing the oxygen concentration back to a safe range.
2. Nitrogen Flow Control: Equipped with a nitrogen control box, it automatically cuts off the large flow and maintains a small, continuous nitrogen supply when the oxygen concentration is within the safe range, ensuring a slight positive pressure inside the reactor.
3. Applicable Explosion-Proof Zones: The intrinsically safe and explosion-proof composite instrument is suitable for harsh environments with strict safety standards.
4. Signal Acquisition: 16-bit ADC (Analog-to-Digital Conversion), ensuring high-precision measurement for trace oxygen data collection.
5. Modular Platform: The system can be customized based on the actual usage requirements, allowing free adjustment of the pre-treatment stages and functions, providing a broader application range.
