The TR-9300N ammonia escape online monitoring system adopts high-temperature heated extraction technology for continuous online monitoring of ammonia escape during the denitration process. The system consists of three parts: the sampling and transmission unit, the preprocessing and control unit, and the analysis unit. It is primarily used in many industrial sectors for gas emission monitoring and process control, such as coal-fired power plants, aluminum plants, steel mills, smelters, waste-to-energy plants, cement factories, chemical plants, and glass factories.
The analyzer utilizes the principle of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which measures the concentration of specific gases in process gas components, including NH, HS, HCl, HF, etc.
This system features high sensitivity, fast response speed, immunity to background gas interference, and non-contact optical measurement. It provides reliable guarantees for accurately reflecting changes in ammonia escape in real-time.
Additionally, this system has been awarded the "Environmental Protection Product Certification" (CCEP) by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, meeting the monitoring standard requirements of the environmental protection industry.
