The explosion-proof VOC online monitoring system is used to detect places containing VOCS gas concentration. Once the gas concentration exceeds the standard, an alarm will be issued. It can detect the concentration of VOCS gas and display the real-time concentration value and standard signal output on site. It has the advantages of stable signal, high sensitivity and accuracy. The explosion-proof wiring method is suitable for various hazardous places.

The S400-T VOCS online filtration monitoring system is suitable for industries and departments such as environmental protection and safety, petrochemicals, and steel smelting. It can perform real-time online monitoring in various complex environments in industries such as petrochemicals, organic chemicals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial coatings, machinery and equipment manufacturing, packaging and printing, electronic production, synthetic leather, coatings and paints, clothing processing, furniture manufacturing, adhesives, etc.
The S400-T VOCS online filtration monitoring system adopts the high-precision PID photoionization detection principle, built-in suction pump working mode, fast response time; high precision, long life; wide detection gas range; strong anti-*; 4-20mA, RS485/M-BUS and other standard signal outputs, which can be easily integrated into the monitoring system. Two-level switch output; on-site LCD display, infrared remote control external adjustment and setting; can transmit the vocs gas in the environment over a long distance as an electrical signal, and transmit the signal to the secondary instrument. This sensor can be directly uploaded to the computer or connected to the DCS system. It can also be connected to the local environmental protection bureau's environmental monitoring platform to achieve continuous remote monitoring of the total volatile organic compound (VOCS) concentration in the environment.
The S400-T VOCS online filtration monitoring system has functions such as on-site buzzer indicator sound, on-site flashing indicator light, and real-time display of on-site VOCS concentration.
