Ultra-low emissions refer to the process in which coal-fired power plants, during electricity generation operations, end-stage treatment, and other processes, use various pollutant removal technologies through efficient, coordinated, and integrated systems to achieve air pollutant emission concentrations that are in compliance with the emission limits for gas turbine units. Specifically, the concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide (SO), and nitrogen oxides (NOx) (with a reference oxygen content of 6%) should not exceed 5 mg/m³, 35 mg/m³, and 50 mg/m³, respectively. This is a 50%, 30%, and 50% reduction compared to the special emission limits for coal-fired boilers in key regions specified in the "Air Pollutant Emission Standards for Thermal Power Plants" (GB 13223-2011). This new standard represents a cleaner production level for coal-fired power generation units.

In response to this context, Xi'an Juneng Instrument Co., Ltd. has successfully introduced the TR-9300D Gas Ultra-Low Emission Continuous Monitoring System, based on years of environmental monitoring system development and application experience. The system follows relevant standards such as HJ 76-2017, HJ 75-2017, and has been awarded the "Environmental Protection Product Certification" (CCEP) by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association.

• Measurement Technology: Utilizes UV differential technology for SO and NO measurements, unaffected by interference from water vapor or other gases.

• Advanced Condenser: A specially designed ultra-low phosphoric acid condenser minimizes SO loss, thanks to unique phosphoric acid technology.
• High-Precision Monitoring: The system uses a high-efficiency NOx conversion furnace, ensuring a conversion efficiency of over 95%, which meets environmental protection monitoring requirements.
• Sample Extraction System: The system features a fully extracted sample system. Using a special ultra-low gas heated sampling probe, it extracts gases from the flue duct and transmits them for dust removal, water removal, and other treatments in the gas analysis unit.
