The Temperature, Pressure, and Flow Monitoring Instrument uses the Pitot tube method to measure the flue gas flow rate. By utilizing the Pitot tube, pressure sensors, and temperature sensors, it measures the dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature of the flue gas. These parameters are proportionally related to the measured flue gas flow rate, allowing for the quantification of the gas flow rate.
The S-type Pitot tube and armored thermistor are made from 316L stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, the 316L stainless steel protective sleeve and the externally mounted nut for fixation are integrated into a single unit with the Pitot tube and temperature probe.
The instrument can real-time measure the flue gas flow rate, dynamic pressure, static pressure, and temperature, with 4-channel analog signal output (4-20 mA source output).
