The TR-9100 System is specifically designed as a gas component analysis safety interlock device for the safe operation of cement plants. The system especially features a technologically innovative sampling probe with minimal maintenance requirements, making it highly suitable for the harsh, high-dust conditions of China's cement industry.
The cement kiln is a major energy consumer in industrial furnaces. By analyzing the gas components of flue gases from key areas such as the kiln tail, decomposition furnace, and preheater outlet of the dry rotary kiln, the system helps optimize clinker quality, conserve energy, and reduce emissions, thus achieving optimized production control. The flue gases at the kiln tail can reach temperatures of 1200°C-1400°C, with dust concentrations up to 2000 g/m³, and the presence of sulfur dioxide and alkaline corrosive gases, making it one of the most challenging sampling and analysis targets. The TR-9100 process analysis system successfully addresses this difficult sampling and analysis challenge.
