TR-9100 Cement Process Gas Online Analysis System
Cement kilns are a major energy consumer in industrial kilns. Analyzing the gas composition of the flue gas at the kiln tail, decomposition furnace, and preheater outlet of dry rotary kilns can optimize clinker quality, save energy and reduce emissions, and achieve optimal production control. The temperature of the flue gas at the kiln tail can reach up to 1200 ºC~1400 ºC, with a dust content of up to 2000g/m3 and containing sulfur dioxide and alkaline corrosive gases, making it a technically difficult sampling and analysis object. The TR-9100 cement kiln tail high-temperature gas analysis system is a specially designed dry method high-temperature sampling probe and pre-treatment system based on the high temperature (1200 ºC~1600 ºC), high dust (2000g/m3), and corrosive gases containing sulfur dioxide and alkali at the tail of the cement kiln. Mainly used for monitoring the CO/O2/NOx gas content at the kiln tail, to optimize the quality of clinker, save energy and reduce emissions, and achieve optimal control of production.

Pre processing system:
• Liquid cooled sampling probe, dust removal filter, heat exchanger components (including heat exchange control system, flow and temperature monitoring device), mechanical suction device, backflow device, installation flange, sampling control cabinet, PLC control unit, compressed air tank, compressed air valve components, etc.
Analysis system:
• Analytical instrument cabinets, analyzers, calibration units (standard gas cylinders), etc.
System characteristics:
• System dry sampling ensures that the sample is not distorted;
• Automatic telescopic sampling probe ensures normal operation and safe operation of the probe;
• The sampling probe can be retracted to pneumatic or electric (customized), and comes with self-protection measures. It can be safely exited and maintained even after a 30 minute power outage;
• Program design for automatic/manual internal and external pulse blowing probes;
• Multi stage filtration and dust removal technology, with a filtration accuracy of less than 0.5um, ensuring the normal operation of the system;
• PLC and related software technology, achieving various controls, fault self diagnosis, safety alarms, and automatic operations;
• Circulating liquid cooled sampling probe ensures continuous and normal operation at high temperatures;
• The smoke sampling point should be representative: the probe length should be 3m+, and it should enter the kiln through the sealing ring at the kiln tail by 0.5-0.8M to measure the smoke inside the kiln;
• The sampling probe can meet the ability of continuous and uninterrupted sampling for 48 hours under conditions such as high temperature of 1600 ºC and gas erosion of powder materials above 2000g. The sampling probe is required to be made of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials;
• The sampling hole is equipped with a probe fire door. When the probe is inserted for sampling, the probe opens the fire door. When the probe retracts, it automatically closes. Avoid excessive air leakage or positive pressure spraying from the sampling chamber;
• The probe is cooled by water or ethylene glycol, and the continuous high flow rate cycle ensures that the temperature is less than 80 ºC, ensuring that the probe is not burned or deformed;
• The sample gas extraction rate shall not be less than 4L/min, and the condenser shall be equipped with an imported compressor bipolar condenser with its own drainage device;
• The integrated heat tracing sampling tube is used from the sampling probe to the analyzer cabinet, which can work for a long time at temperatures below 200 ºC, and the retention success rate of the sample reaches over 98%;
• The service life of the sampling probe shall not be less than 10 years.
