Brief description:
The KE200-U Infrared Analyzer utilizes infrared rays for gas analysis. It operates based on the principle that different concentrations of the analyte component absorb varying amounts of radiant energy, resulting in different levels of residual radiant energy that cause varying degrees of temperature rise withinthe detector. This difference in temperature leads to unequal pressures on either side of the diaphragm film, generating an electrical signal from the capacitive detector. In this way, the concentration of the analyte component can be indirectly measured. It uses infrared ray for gas analysis. It is based on the different concentrations of the components to be analyzed, the absorbed radiation energy is different, the remaining radiation energy makes the temperature in the detector rise differently, and the pressure on both sides of the moving filmis different, thus generating an electrical signal of the capacitance detector. In this way, the concentration of the component to be analyzed can be measured indirectly.
