The TR-9300P Gaseous (Particulate Matter) Emission Continuous Monitoring System is a specially designed online monitoring system developed to meet environmental protection requirements such as ultra-low emission for wet electrostatic precipitators. The system is equipped with a laser light forward scattering particulate matter measurement instrument that offers extremely high sensitivity, with a minimum detection limit of 0.0005 mg/m³.
The system consists of four main units:
- Sampling and Return Unit: Responsible for the sampling and return of the gas to be measured.
- Constant-Speed Tracking and Control Unit: Measures the flow rate of the flue gas and the sampling flow rate, while also controlling the suction force of the spray pump to adjust the sampling flow, ensuring that the sampling process is tracked.
- Heating and Temperature Control Unit: Manages the temperature control in the system to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Measurement and Signal Processing Unit: Consists of a laser light source, measurement chamber, photodetector, reverse flushing and air curtain device, and calibration system. This unit measures the forward scattering light from the particulate matter, converts the concentration of particles into an electrical signal, and outputs the processed data after adjustment and conversion.
The system complies with the relevant Chinese environmental protection industry standards, such as HJ 75-2017 and HJ 76-2017, and has obtained the Environmental Protection Product Certification (CCEP) issued by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association.
