The industrial computer of the TR-9300V fixed pollution source VOCs emission continuous monitoring system automatically collects, analyzes, and processes monitoring data. The detection results can be automatically uploaded to the enterprise DCS control system through network connection, and the detection result data and alarm information can be transmitted to the internal DCS of the enterprise. The on-site data signal can be transmitted to the corresponding environmental supervision department through wireless or wired means.

Product Description


 The TR-9300V fixed pollution source VOCs emission continuous monitoring system is a monitoring technology that uses full process high-temperature and wet sampling. It is equipped with advanced gas chromatography separation technology and FID detection method (GC-FID) to measure the components of volatile organic gases such as total hydrocarbons (THC), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), benzene series, aromatics, esters, etc. in the exhaust gas, and transmit the measurement data to the environmental protection department.
  The internal sampling, injection, and detection systems of the instrument all adopt high-temperature heat tracing method, which is conducive to accurate measurement of high concentration and high boiling point samples. For complex on-site application conditions, a structure that is easy to explosion-proof design is adopted, which can meet the monitoring needs of many industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, printing, spraying, etc. According to different monitoring requirements, this instrument has different customized ranges to choose from, meeting the monitoring needs of different users for VOCs.

(1) Sample collection and extraction section: heating sampling probe, sample heat tracing transmission pipeline, sample pretreatment unit (filtering, stabilizing flow), sampling pump, etc.

(2) Sample analysis and testing section: Gas chromatograph (GC-FID).

(3) Other auxiliary testing parts: whole system calibration unit, exhaust emission unit, backflow control unit, generator discharge unit.

(4) Smoke emission parameter monitoring subsystem: The smoke temperature is measured using thermocouples or thermal resistors; The smoke pressure is measured using a pressure sensor; The flow rate or velocity of flue gas shall be measured using Pitot tubes and ultrasonic methods; Dry wet oxygen method for flue gas moisture content.

• Equipped with automatic blowing function, it can automatically remove dust on the surface of the probe filter element, extending the service life of the probe;

• Equipped with full flow and automatic calibration functions, it meets the latest 1013 standard requirements for sampling full flow calibration; The chromatograph supports full automatic calibration without the need for on duty, minimizing manual maintenance;

• Using air as the carrier gas, there is no need to configure nitrogen cylinders, reducing maintenance costs by about tens of thousands of yuan annually;

• Users can choose explosion-proof design, adopting positive pressure explosion-proof cabinet design, which can be installed in explosion-proof areas, safe and reliable;

• Equipped with chromatographic injection backflushing function, it can avoid interference caused by residual sample gas and ensure the accuracy of analytical data.
