The JNYQ-S-81 Ultra-low Emission Gas Analyzer is a product independently developed by our company for environmental monitoring and industrial field emissions, specifically for online gas analysis. This analyzer is designed to measure the concentrations of gases such as SO, NO, and O. It features high measurement accuracy, excellent stability and reliability, and a fast response time. It is particularly suitable for extraction-type ultra-low emission CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System).

Product Features

 

SO and NO (NO) are measured using ultraviolet differential spectroscopy. Compared to traditional NDIR, this method is theoretically unaffected by moisture and dust, with almost no zero drift.

• The high-resolution spectrometer is used for spectral analysis, and the spectrometer has been specially optimized for flue gas analysis.
• The instrument has high internal control accuracy and good environmental adaptability.
• The light source is a highly stable deuterium lamp, providing excellent stability for the instrument.
• No optical moving parts: The instrument does not use optical moving components such as optical choppers, filters, or interferometers, ensuring high reliability.
• Modular design: The light source, spectrometer, core circuitry, gas chamber, oxygen sensor, and other components are designed in a modular way, offering high reliability, good scalability, and ease of maintenance.
