Product Description

The TR-9300E Solid Waste Incineration Flue Gas Emission Continuous Monitoring System  is applied in waste treatment plants, waste incinerators, and continuous emission monitoring of flue gases. It performs online monitoring of gaseous pollutants, particulate matter (dust), as well as parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, and flow rate in the flue gas. Through its data acquisition and processing system, it generates graphical representations and environmental reports. The system can transmit data remotely to various environmental protection departments, fulfilling the functional requirements of receiving, storing, displaying, and transmitting monitoring data.

Gas Pollution Factor Monitoring Plan

The TR-9300E Solid Waste Incineration Flue Gas Emission Continuous Monitoring System adopts the Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis method from MKS in the United States. It features high measurement accuracy, short response time, rapid detection capabilities, and the ability to measure a wide range of components. The system employs a fully high-temperature process:

  • Gas is extracted via a high-temperature probe and heated sampling rod, filtered to remove dust, and then transported through high-temperature gas lines.
  • It undergoes pre-processing in a high-temperature pre-processing module before being analyzed by a high-temperature multi-component infrared analyzer.
  • The analysis chamber can withstand temperatures above 190°C.

The system does not condense or dehumidify the gas during the process, and there are no condensation or dehumidification devices in the sampling lines from the sampling point to the instrument host and detection unit. This advanced high-temperature measurement method enables high-precision monitoring of special components, such as water-soluble gases like HF, HCl, NH3, and flue gas humidity. It effectively addresses the monitoring challenges in industries like waste incineration, which involve high humidity, high corrosion, high dust, high temperature, low gas concentrations, and diverse detection requirements.

Technical Features
  • The system is manufactured according to industrial-grade instrument standards while also complying with environmental protection instrument standards. It exhibits excellent adaptability and reliability for monitoring pollution sources.
  • High-precision ceramic filter elements are used to minimize clogging issues and reduce maintenance workload.
  • The system employs a full high-temperature process, including high-temperature sampling, high-temperature pre-treatment, and high-temperature analysis, with temperatures exceeding 190°C, ensuring no condensation during the monitoring process.
  • The sampling lines use Telon (polytetrafluoroethylene) tube clusters that do not require replacement, with automatic temperature control design to precisely maintain the heating temperature.
  • The system features long-term reliable and stable analysis and pre-treatment devices, ensuring stable and normal operation over extended periods without the need for daily maintenance.
  • The analytical instrument uses an imported MKS Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectrometer from the United States, capable of analyzing samples with up to 40% water vapor and simultaneously analyzing and displaying up to 30 types of gases.
  • PLC control is adopted, offering high automation and minimal maintenance workload.
  • The system features a modular structural design, providing flexible configuration, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
  • The system has a long service life, ensuring stability and reliability.
