Product Description

The TR-9300E Solid Waste Incineration Emissions Continuous Monitoring System is a product specially designed for monitoring solid waste incineration emissions. It is based on our company's years of experience in pollution source environmental monitoring and industrial process control. This product is intended for the monitoring of gas emissions from solid waste incineration.

The core analytical unit of this system uses Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) technology, a spectral analysis method based on the principle of infrared absorption. This technology enables the measurement of various gas components and particulate matter.

The system complies with the technical requirements and testing methods specified in the following standards:

  • HJ 76-2017: Technical Requirements for Continuous Monitoring of Gaseous Emissions (SO, NOx, Particulate Matter) from Fixed Pollution Sources.
  • HJ 75-2017: Technical Specification for Continuous Monitoring of Gaseous Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources (SO, NOx, Particulate Matter).
  • GB 18485-2014: Pollution Control Standards for Waste Incineration.

Additionally, the system has been certified by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association with the Environmental Protection Product Certification under certificate number CCAEPI-EP-2022-249, and it has passed the testing and quality control inspection from the Ministry of Environmental Protection's Environmental Monitoring Instrument Quality Supervision and Inspection Center with report number 2022-069.

Key Features:

  • Key filter components use imported specialized filters for waste incineration, addressing the clogging issues and reducing maintenance workload.
  • High-temperature sampling process: The system uses high-temperature sampling, high-temperature pre-treatment, and high-temperature analysis, with a temperature no less than 190°C, ensuring no condensation occurs during monitoring.
  • Sampling lines: The system employs specialized sampling pipes designed for waste incineration, with an automatic temperature control design to ensure precise and consistent heating.
  • Sampling probe: The probe is made of corrosion-resistant metal materials and designed specifically for waste incineration, achieving durability, temperature control, and high filtration accuracy.
  • All parts in contact with flue gas are treated with passivation to ensure the stability and reliability of the analysis.
  • Analysis instrument: The system uses a Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR) capable of analyzing samples containing up to 40% water vapor. It can simultaneously analyze and display up to 30 types of gases.
  • The spectral model of the analysis instrument can be used long-term without the need for on-site calibration, saving the cost of expensive calibration gases. In normal operation, only one 8L calibration gas bottle is required every 12 months to verify the accuracy of each component.
