Nitrogen Filling Protection:
The nitrogen filling protection process for the reactor oxygen content detector is similar to that of a centrifuge. During the hydrogenation process, strict vacuuming and nitrogen replacement cycles are required to ensure the reactor remains in an anaerobic state. The oxygen content must be controlled within 1% VOL. These processes place high demands on the sensor's service life, accuracy, error tolerance, and response time.

Challenges with Nitrogen Supply:
Since ensuring a qualified nitrogen supply is difficult, traditional continuous nitrogen replacement carries the risk of explosion due to unqualified input.

Solution:
